Henry Noey | Managing Principal

Henry Noey founded Docent to continue a career spent connecting clients to the best possible resources to meet their needs. He continues to coach and support leaders at all levels, their team and partners. With decades of leadership and consulting experience, clients can expect experienced and knowledgable guidance. What sets Henry apart is his sincere devotion to a leader’s success as many of his clients and colleagues describe the positive impact he brings to them and their organizations.

His career spans IT, Finance and Transformation project leadership in large Health Care Systems and managing Health Care programs for a Fortune 100o company. Over the past 25 years, Henry has led clients and teams on a variety of domestic and international finance, human resource and M&A issues.  He has also helped organizations either identify and/or select consulting resources that best meet their needs. Along the way, he provided market leadership to navigate organization change at both Aon and WTW.

With a BBA from Sam Houston State University and Executive Development Training at Rice University, Henry also devotes his time as a trustee and Compensation Committee chair for the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center.

Catherine O’Neill | Senior Advisor

Catherine O’Neill is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting and strategic partnerships. As a Senior Advisor, Catherine will leverage her expertise to help clients optimize their consulting partnerships and drive better outcomes.

Most recently, Catherine served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Insights at Included Health, where she fostered key relationships with healthcare leaders and developed strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior Director at Willis Towers Watson (WTW), leading large employer consulting engagements and driving growth initiatives.

Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Villanova University. Her extensive background in healthcare consulting and strategic partnerships makes her an invaluable asset to the Docent team. She is dedicated to helping clients identify the best consulting partners, enhance contract renewal assessments, and improve existing relationships.

At Docent, Catherine will lead projects focused on optimizing consulting partnerships, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and strategic guidance available. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service and strategic insights aligns with Docent’s mission to provide top-tier support to its clients.

Melissa Henry | Senior Associate

Melissa Henry brings over a decade of impressive experience from Halliburton and KBR. Her roles spanned the use of her Project and Change Management expertise in Real Estate and Information Systems. Most recently, she served as Senior Project Manager in Organizational Change Management. In this role, she led large-scale transformation initiatives, including a global CoreERP Program impacting 30,000+ employees globally. She demonstrated exceptional leadership in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and change management implementation.

A graduate of Texas A&M University in Information and Operations Management with an emphasis in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain, Melissa will leverage her wealth of leadership, project management and organizational change experiences to serve as a valuable resource to our clients and consulting partners.
